If you're a head teacher or local authority, you can set up an audit survey up for your school, centre or local authority and keep track of the results.
After getting your results, you'll have a clear picture about how employees view their working environment. This will help you select what you need from the StaffWise website to implement a staff-wide wellbeing improvement plan. Setting one up is easy but may only be done by an authorised representative of a local authority, school or centre in Scotland.
It should only take staff about 10 minutes to complete and towards the end of the questionnaire staff will have the opportunity to note any points they feel have not been covered in previous sections of the questionnaire.
